On January 13, it was announced that Shenyang's Shenbei New District, focusing on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in the functional food industry, has officially launched four major industrial service platforms, including the JD.com Shenbei Specialty Pavilion, and released the "Shenbei New District Functional Food Industry Scenario Opportunity List." These initiatives aim to overcome the "last mile" bottleneck from technology to product and strengthen the infrastructure for industrial innovation.
The four major industrial platforms collectively launched by Shenbei New District include the Tiangan Lake Functional Food and Topical Health Products Scenario Concept Verification Center, the JD.com Shenbei Specialty Pavilion, the Lianliao Youxuan Supply Chain Platform, and the Xiaohulu Technology Special Medical Food Platform. These platforms are designed to promote the construction of a full-chain service system covering research and development, transformation, supply chain, and market promotion. Among them, the JD.com Shenbei Specialty Pavilion leverages the e-commerce advantages of JD.com to assist Shenbei's functional food enterprises in expanding their online sales channels; the Lianliao Youxuan Supply Chain Platform will integrate regional high-quality raw materials and production resources to build an efficient and synergistic industrial supply chain system.
Simultaneously released, the "Shenbei New District Functional Food Industry Scenario Opportunity List" encompasses full-chain information including technological needs, achievement transformation, and market matching, and is fully open for reference and use by universities, enterprises, scientific research institutions, financial institutions, and others. The list not only includes Shenbei New District's core scenario demands in areas such as synthetic biology, development of characteristic medicinal and edible homologous substances, development of "medical-research co-creation" type special dietary foods, and intelligent flexible manufacturing of functional foods, but also includes the technology achievement transformation needs of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences, as well as a product purchase and sales list containing 182 items from over a hundred enterprises in the food industry chain.
Reportedly, guided by the list, the Shenbei New District Science and Technology Bureau has signed a cooperation agreement with the Liaoning Food New Industrialization Research Institute, and Northeast Zhiguang (Shenyang) Technology Transfer Co., Ltd. has signed an agreement with the Xinglin College of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The parties will deepen cooperation around technological breakthroughs, achievement transformation, talent cultivation, and platform co-construction in the field of functional foods.
