FIRST TRACTOR (00038) announced that the company held a democratic management joint meeting of employee representatives on December 16, 2025, electing Mr. Li Peng as the employee director for the 10th board of directors. His term will last three years, from December 16, 2025, to December 15, 2028.

The board is pleased to announce that the re-election and appointment of the following eight directors were approved by shareholders via an ordinary resolution at the extraordinary general meeting: - Executive Directors: Mr. Zhao Weilin, Mr. Wei Tao - Non-Executive Directors: Mr. Fang Xianfa, Mr. Yang Jianhui, Mr. Sun Feng - Independent Non-Executive Directors: Mr. Wang Shumao, Mr. Xu Liyou, Ms. Huang Qiwen

Mr. Miao Yu, a non-executive director of the 9th board, stepped down upon the conclusion of the extraordinary general meeting due to the expiration of his directorship term.
