TINGYI issues reminder: future corporate communications to be delivered electronically

Bulletin Express12:22

Tingyi (Cayman Islands) Holding Corp. (TINGYI) has reiterated that all forthcoming corporate communications—covering annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms—will be distributed solely in electronic format.

The company confirmed that both English and Chinese versions of these materials will be accessible on its official website (www.masterkong.com.cn) and on HKExnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will no longer be dispatched by default.

For non-registered shareholders: • Tingyi has not received functional email addresses from intermediaries holding shares on their behalf. • Those wishing to receive electronic copies must supply an email address to their bank, broker, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Limited. • Shareholders preferring hard copies may request them by returning the specified reply form to Hong Kong Registrars Limited or emailing a scanned copy to tinh.ecom@computershare.com.hk. The request remains valid for one year from receipt.

The reminder follows Tingyi’s original notice dated 8 March 2024 and is signed by Company Secretary Ip Pui Sum on behalf of the Board, dated 27 April 2026.
