Weichai Power Co., Ltd. has issued the proxy form for its Annual General Meeting, confirming that the session will be held on 22 June 2026 at 2:50 p.m. in the company’s conference room, 197 Section A, Fu Shou East Street, High-Technology Industrial Development Zone, Weifang, Shandong Province, PRC.
Key matters up for ordinary resolution include:
1. 2025 Operating Results: Shareholders will review the Board Report, full Annual Report, and audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025.
2. Profit Distribution: The meeting will vote on the proposed 2025 profit-distribution plan and grant the Board authority to declare any interim dividend for the 2026 fiscal year.
3. Remuneration Oversight: Confirmation of director remuneration for 2025, approval of the 2026 remuneration proposal, and adoption of a new Remuneration Management System are on the agenda.
