Renco Holdings to Be Delisted from HKEX on 17 August 2026 After Missing Resumption Deadline

Renco Holdings Group Limited (In Compulsory Liquidation) has received written notice from Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited confirming that its shares will be delisted under Listing Rule 6.01A(1).

On 31 July 2026, the Listing Committee determined that Renco Holdings had not fulfilled any of the Resumption Guidance—including requirements tied to business operations, financial reporting, and corporate governance—by the stipulated deadline of 19 July 2026. As a result, the Committee resolved to cancel the company’s listing.

After delisting, existing share certificates will remain valid but will no longer be tradeable on the Stock Exchange, and the company will cease to be bound by the Listing Rules. Shareholders with concerns over the implications of delisting are encouraged to seek professional advice.

Renco Holdings has been in compulsory liquidation since a High Court winding-up order dated 4 August 2025. Joint and Several Liquidators Osman Mohammed Arab and Wong Kwok Keung are managing the company’s affairs, business, and property. All director powers were suspended following the court order.
