Ping An Bank's Chief Compliance Officer Wu Leiming Receives Regulatory Approval

Ping An Bank Co.,Ltd. has announced that it recently received approval from the National Financial Regulatory Administration for Wu Leiming to serve as the bank's Chief Compliance Officer.

Wu Leiming currently holds the positions of Assistant President and Chief Risk Officer at Ping An Bank. Born in 1976, he holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Zhongnan University of Economics and Finance and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Wuhan University.

His professional career began at the Hubei Branch of Agricultural Bank of China from July 1997 to October 2002. From October 2002 to July 2006, he served at Shenzhen Development Bank's Beijing Branch, progressing through roles including staff member, manager, and assistant general manager in the Market Management Department, while also serving as deputy general manager of the Trade Finance Department. Between July 2006 and October 2009, he worked as deputy manager in the Credit Approval Department and North China Credit Approval Center of Shenzhen Development Bank.

From October 2009 to April 2013, Wu held positions as deputy general manager and later general manager of the Credit Approval Center at Ping An Bank's Beijing Branch. Between April 2013 and December 2016, he served as Credit Approval Executive Officer and subsequently as Vice President and Risk Director of Ping An Bank's Zhengzhou Branch. From December 2016 to June 2020, he was Vice President of Ping An Bank's Beijing Branch, followed by a term as President of the Xi'an Branch from June 2020 to December 2023. Since December 2023, he has been a member of the Party Committee of Ping An Bank's Head Office, and from April 2024, he has held the concurrent positions of Assistant President and Chief Risk Officer.
