RONSHINECHINA has announced its sales figures for June and the first half of the year.

For the month ending June 2026, the group's total contracted sales were approximately RMB 179.5 million, representing a year-on-year decrease of 28.5%. The contracted sales area was around 20,619 square meters, with an average selling price of about RMB 8,706 per square meter.

For the six-month period ending June 30, 2026, the group's cumulative total contracted sales amounted to approximately RMB 1.294 billion, marking a 38.6% decline compared to the same period last year. The total contracted sales area reached about 113,000 square meters, and the average selling price was approximately RMB 11,440 per square meter.
