On September 29, 2025, Beijing Shougang Co.,Ltd. issued an announcement stating that in accordance with the provisions of the Articles of Association of Beijing Shougang Co.,Ltd. and operational requirements, the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Xu Haiwei as Deputy General Manager of the company, with a term of three years. The deputy general manager candidate has been reviewed by the first meeting of the Board Nomination Committee in 2025 and received unanimous approval from all committee members.

Xu Haiwei, male, born in February 1978, holds a graduate degree and a doctorate in engineering, and is a senior-level engineer. He previously served as researcher and assistant director at the Thin Plate Research Institute of Shougang Technology Research Institute, deputy director (deputy department level) of the Thin Plate Research Institute of Shougang Technology Research Institute, assistant director of the Manufacturing Department of Shougang Jingtang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., deputy director of the Quality Inspection and Supervision Department of Shougang Jingtang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., and executive deputy director of the Technology Center of Shougang Jingtang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. He currently serves as deputy director of the Manufacturing Department and executive deputy director of the Technology Center of Shougang Jingtang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd.
