GALAXIS TECH Shares Surge Over 22% to Record High on Strong VNA AMR Performance

GALAXIS TECH (02729) rose more than 22%, reaching an intraday high of HK$39.26, setting a new record since its listing. As of the latest update, the stock was up 20.63% at HK$38.6, with a turnover of HK$27 million. The company, known as the first comprehensive smart intra-logistics robotics firm listed in Hong Kong, recently debuted on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, focusing on intelligent intra-logistics robotics. According to its prospectus, based on 2024 revenue, GALAXIS TECH ranked as the fifth-largest comprehensive smart intra-logistics solution provider in China, capturing 1.6% of the overall market share. In its niche segment, the company's core product, the Very Narrow Aisle Autonomous Mobile Robot (VNA AMR), performed exceptionally well, holding a 19.3% market share by shipment volume and leading the industry. Notably, prior to the IPO, Dr. Gu Chunguang, the founder, chairman, and CEO, controlled approximately 40.3% of the voting rights through a concerted action arrangement. Affiliates of S.F.Holding Co.,Ltd. (002352) were the largest external institutional shareholders, holding a combined stake of over 14% through S.F. Technology and Suzhou Huidao (adjusted to 12.89% post-listing). It is also noteworthy that GALAXIS TECH had a close relationship with S.F.Holding Co.,Ltd., which was its second-largest customer for two consecutive years from 2022 to 2023, contributing nearly RMB 100 million in annual revenue. However, in 2024, S.F.Holding Co.,Ltd. was no longer among the top five customers.
