China Mobile Limited announced that its Board of Directors will convene on 13 August 2026 at the company’s registered office.
The agenda includes:
1. Approval of the interim financial results for the six months ended 30 June 2026.
2. Consideration of an interim dividend payment.
The notification was signed by Company Secretary Wong Wai Lan Grace and dated 3 August 2026.
The current Board comprises three executive directors—Chen Zhongyue, Chen Yangfan and Li Ronghua—and four independent non-executive directors—Yiu Kin Wah Stephen, Yang Qiang, Lee Ka Sze Carmelo and Leung Ko May Yee Margaret.
