iMotion Automotive Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (1274) will hold an extraordinary general meeting on November 14, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. in Conference Room M1203, Building 2, No. 28 Yingqian Road, Suzhou Industrial Park. The meeting will address the election of directors and supervisors for the second session, along with proposed amendments to the company’s Articles of Association and procedural rules governing the shareholders’ general meeting, board of directors, and supervisory committee.

Resolutions subject to a cumulative voting system include the election of seven candidates for directorship, comprising four executive directors (including Song Yang) and three independent non-executive directors (including Dr. Zhang Weigong). Additionally, two candidates will be proposed as shareholder representative supervisors. The record date for H Shareholders is November 14, 2025, and the share register will be closed from November 11 through November 14, 2025. H Shareholders must lodge transfer documents no later than 4:30 p.m. on November 10, 2025, to qualify for attendance and voting.

Proxy forms must be deposited at the designated address no less than 24 hours before the meeting schedule. All resolutions will be decided by poll, and final poll results will be published according to applicable listing rules.
