Deep News09:21

FOREST CABIN (02657) announced its annual results for the period ending December 31, 2025. Revenue reached 2.4495 billion yuan, representing a year-on-year increase of 102.5%. Net profit attributable to shareholders was 360 million yuan, a significant increase of 92.9% compared to the previous year. Basic earnings per share stood at 2.87 yuan. The Board has proposed a final dividend of 0.95 yuan per share.

The substantial revenue growth during the period was primarily driven by increased sales from essence oils, creams and emulsions, and toners. This growth was mainly attributable to the launch of new Stock Keeping Units (SKUs), which boosted product sales volume, alongside upgrades to existing core hero products.

To capitalize on opportunities arising from the upgrade in cosmetic consumption and the rise of domestic brands, the company adheres to a long-term perspective and a focus on high-quality development. Its brand strategy is centered on premiumization, a multi-brand portfolio, and globalization. This is supported by a core "1+4+N" hero product matrix, a channel strategy focused on "strengthening offline presence and expanding online reach," and underpinned by seven core competencies and corporate culture. The company aims to build a comprehensive, multi-layered, and sustainable strategic development system to continually consolidate FOREST CABIN's leading position in the high-end skincare segment.
