On the independent non-executive director front, Mr. Lam steps in as an independent non-executive director, chair of the Remuneration Committee, and member of both the Audit and Nomination Committees, drawing an annual remuneration of HK$60,000. Concurrently, Mr. Richard Lam resigns from those roles to devote more time to other business endeavors.

Another important update pertains to the company’s authorized representation under Hong Kong listing rules. Mr. Wong resigns from the authorized representative and process agent positions, and Mr. Chau takes on both responsibilities.

All these changes take effect from 25 February 2026. The Board extends gratitude to the outgoing directors for their service and welcomes the new appointees, citing confidence in the realigned leadership’s ability to drive corporate growth.
