On 21 July 2026, Foshan Haitian Flavouring and Food Company Ltd. completed an on-market repurchase of 824,115 A-shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, paying a total of RMB 29.99 million. The transaction was carried out at prices ranging between RMB 36.15 and RMB 37.37 per share, implying a volume-weighted average repurchase cost of approximately RMB 36.39 per share.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.0148 %, from 5,555.31 million shares to 5,554.49 million shares. Treasury stock rose from 5.29 million shares to 6.11 million shares, keeping total issued shares unchanged at 5,560.60 million.

All repurchased shares are designated to be held as treasury shares, with no immediate cancellation or resale disclosed.
