A total of 2,200 shares were purchased for US$147,247.60, with the highest and lowest prices paid being US$67.35 and US$66.65, respectively. Additionally, 38,900 shares were sold for US$2,596,176.06, with the highest and lowest prices received noted as US$67.35 and US$66.50, respectively. These dealings were carried out as part of hedging related to Delta 1 products created by wholly unsolicited client-driven orders.
Morgan Stanley & Co., International plc is a Class (5) associate connected with the Offeror in this privatisation process. The company is ultimately owned by Morgan Stanley and undertook the transactions for its own account.
