Executive Director resignation • Mr. Yang Zhilong stepped down as Executive Director and Financial Director to focus on other business commitments. • He reported no disagreement with the board and no matters requiring shareholder attention.
New Executive Director • Mr. Wang Tiantian, aged 42, was appointed Executive Director. • Background: 18 years of cross-border and domestic business experience, including roles at Tesco, Staples, Amazon, DHgate, and Alibaba. He became FAR INTL’s CEO on 1 March 2025. • Contract terms: three-year initial term, automatically extending by one‐year increments; annual base salary of RMB 1.10 million plus performance-based bonus; one-month mutual notice for termination. • Compliance: no shareholding in FAR INTL or its associated corporations and no related-party relationships disclosed.
Chief Financial Officer appointment • Mr. Shi Dite, aged 43, currently an Executive Director (appointed 20 January 2026), assumed the additional role of Chief Financial Officer. • Experience: 22 years in mergers & acquisitions and international transactions, including partner-level positions at KPMG China and leadership roles at Alvarez & Marsal Asia and Alibaba. • Qualifications: Master’s in International Tax from the University of Sydney; Fellow member, CPA Australia.
Board composition post-changes Executive Directors: Wang Quan (Chairman), Zhang Guangyang, Shi Dite, Wang Tiantian Non-executive Directors: Yi Yun, Yao Shenjie Independent Non-executive Directors: Ye Xingyue, Ren Tiangan, Wang Jiaofei
