The recent price movement follows the news that the company, in a joint venture with Ningbo High-tech Zone, has completed the registration and obtained the business license for Ningbo Zhida Embodied Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. The jointly built Automatic Charging Robot Engineering R&D and Manufacturing Base (National Center) project has officially commenced in Ningbo High-tech Zone.
This development signifies that ZHIDA TECH's full industry chain layout in the robotics field, encompassing "R&D—Manufacturing—Operations," is now largely established. The company has become the first globally to achieve a closed-loop industry chain with an annual production capacity of 10,000 units in the charging robot sector.
It is reported that ZHIDA TECH has already launched three core products: the serpentine automatic charging robot "SmartLink," the blade-type home charging robot "Pioneer Robot," and the unmanned public charging robot "SmartElephant."
According to the company's 2025 annual report, its robotics revenue grew by 88.83%. As the company's fastest-growing business line, it has been successfully deployed in various application scenarios worldwide, covering household, public, and numerous specialized settings.
