CHALCO (02600) Nominates Zhang Ruizhong as Executive Director Candidate

The Board of Directors of CHALCO (02600) has received a written resignation from Mr. Jiang Tao. Due to work requirements, Mr. Jiang Tao has requested to resign from his positions as an Executive Director, Vice President, and all his roles on the Board's specialized committees, effective immediately. In light of Mr. Jiang Tao's resignation and considering the current vacancies on the company's Board, following a review and approval by the Nomination Committee for the election of the Ninth Board of Directors, and subsequent deliberation and approval by the Board itself, it has been agreed to nominate Mr. Zhang Ruizhong as a candidate for Executive Director of the Ninth Board of Directors, and to nominate Mr. Guo Gang as a candidate for Non-Executive Director of the Ninth Board of Directors. These nominations will be submitted to the company's shareholders' meeting for the election process.
