CN LOGISTICS (02130) announced its annual results for the period ending December 31, 2025. Revenue reached HK$3.007 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 9.5%. However, profit attributable to the company's equity shareholders was HK$15.359 million, a decrease of 52% compared to the previous year. Basic earnings per share stood at 5.2 HK cents, and the board proposed a final dividend of 1 HK cent per share. Profitability across all business segments was under pressure, primarily due to increased volatility in the e-commerce segment, shifts in trade flows, and a more cautious market environment. While addressing short-term challenges presented by the current economic conditions, the group remains focused on maintaining operational discipline.
