IMPACT THERAP-B (07630) rose nearly 4% in late trading. As of press time, the stock was up 3.93% to HK$39.66, with a turnover of HK$13.8225 million. Public information indicates that IMPACT THERAP-B is a domestic pharmaceutical company focused on the synthetic lethality pathway, specializing in the research and development of precision anti-cancer drugs. The company has established a comprehensive pipeline layout comprising one commercialized product, four clinical-stage assets, and seven preclinical assets. Its core product, Senaparib, is an independently developed PARP1/2 inhibitor. It was approved in January 2025 for first-line maintenance therapy for all ovarian cancer patients in China and was included in the national reimbursement drug list in December 2025, accelerating its commercialization. Guotou Securities International noted that IMPACT THERAP-B is a domestic pharmaceutical firm in the synthetic lethality field. It has established strategic collaborations with Eikon and Huadong Medicine. With its core product Senaparib now covered by national insurance, short-term focus may be on its reimbursement-driven volume growth and the progress of its EMA marketing application review. In the long term, attention may shift to clinical data readouts and commercialization progress of its other pipeline assets.
