KE Holdings Inc. (Beike-W, 02423) reported no change in its issued share capital as of 25 August 2026, maintaining 3.30 billion Class A ordinary shares in issue and 134.90 million Class B shares, for a total of 3.44 billion shares on a combined basis.
The company continued its authorised share-repurchase programme, buying back 336,354 Class A shares on the New York Stock Exchange on 25 August 2026 at prices between USD 5.85 and USD 6.03 per share, for an aggregate consideration of USD 2.00 million. All repurchased shares are intended for cancellation.
Including this latest transaction, Beike has acquired 28.61 million shares since the 12 June 2026 shareholder mandate permitting the repurchase of up to 346.24 million shares. The purchases to date represent 0.83 % of the company’s outstanding shares as of the mandate date, leaving capacity to repurchase a further 317.63 million shares under the current authorisation.
As at 25 August 2026, a total of approximately 8.60 million repurchased Class A shares—sourced from both the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (transactions between 22 May and 26 June 2026 at HKD 36.08–45.01) and the NYSE (3–25 August 2026 at USD 5.63–6.03)—remain pending cancellation. This block equates to roughly 0.25 % of the company’s existing issued share base.
In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations, Beike is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury share sales until 24 September 2026.
