Bulletin Express09-01

Seacon Shipping Group Holdings Limited (SEACON) has filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 31 August 2026, confirming that its share capital structure and public float remained unchanged during the month.

SEACON’s authorised share capital was steady at 700.00 million ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 7.00 million. Issued share capital was likewise unchanged at 500.00 million ordinary shares, and the company continued to hold no treasury shares. Consequently, the total number of issued shares stood at 500.00 million.

The company affirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 percent for Main Board issuers.

Regarding equity-based incentives, the Share Option Scheme adopted on 2 March 2023 showed no outstanding, granted, exercised, cancelled, or lapsed options during August. SEACON retains authority to issue or transfer up to 50.00 million additional shares under this scheme, with no proceeds generated from option exercises in the month.

No warrants, convertible securities, other share-issuance arrangements, treasury-share transactions, or Hong Kong Depositary Receipts were reported.

The filing, signed by Chairman and Executive Director Guo Jinkui on 1 September 2026, underscores the company’s unchanged capital base and continued adherence to regulatory public-float standards.
