US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent stated that, despite the impact of the Iran war, he believes the US economy can still achieve growth exceeding 3-3.5% this year.
Bessent mentioned that there will be "compensatory" growth after the war concludes.
He also noted that it is currently impossible to "provide a specific timeline for the war's end."
