Admission Plans Released for Five Private Junior High Schools in Yangzhou Urban Area

Five private junior high schools in Yangzhou's urban area have each formulated and published their admission plans for the upcoming academic year.

The schools include Yangzhou Middle School Education Group Shuren School, Yangzhou Su Dongpo Middle School (Junior High School of Yangzhou University Affiliated Middle School East Campus), Yangzhou Shiming Bilingual School, Yangzhou Hanjiang District Meiyuan Bilingual School, and Beijing New Oriental Education & Technology Yangzhou Foreign Language School.

Shuren School's Admission Plan

According to the 2026 junior high school Grade 7 admission plan for Yangzhou Middle School Education Group Shuren School, the total enrollment target is 1,560 students (with separate quotas for various educational preferential groups). The plan is divided into two categories: 660 spots are allocated for the International Class at the Nanmenjie Campus, and 900 spots are for the Jiulonghu Campus.

Eligible applicants include: 1. Current primary school graduates with Yangzhou household registration (born after September 1, 2011); 2. Children of migrant workers or relocated families living or working within Yangzhou who are not registered in Yangzhou (current primary school graduates born after September 1, 2011).

Application types are: 1. Apply only for the International Class at Nanmenjie Campus; 2. Apply only for Jiulonghu Campus; 3. Apply for both the International Class at Nanmenjie Campus and Jiulonghu Campus.

For the Autumn 2026 semester, the fee structure is: International Class tuition is 31,100 yuan per student per semester; Non-International Class tuition is 13,200 yuan per student per semester; Accommodation fee (Jiulonghu Campus) is 600 yuan per student per semester.

Su Dongpo Middle School's Admission Plan

The 2026 junior high school Grade 7 admission plan for Yangzhou Su Dongpo Middle School (Junior High School of Yangzhou University Affiliated Middle School East Campus) targets 625 students (with separate quotas for various educational preferential groups).

Eligible applicants are: 1. Current primary school graduates with Yangzhou household registration (born after September 1, 2011); 2. Children of migrant workers or relocated families living or working within Yangzhou who are not registered in Yangzhou (current primary school graduates born after September 1, 2011).

For the Autumn 2026 semester, the fee structure is: Tuition is 10,800 yuan per student per semester; Accommodation fee is 600 yuan per student per semester.

Shiming Bilingual School's Admission Plan

According to the 2026 junior high school Grade 7 admission plan for Yangzhou Shiming Bilingual School, the school's enrollment target is 255 students (with separate quotas for various educational preferential groups).

Eligible applicants are: 1. Current primary school graduates with Yangzhou household registration (born after September 1, 2011); 2. Children of migrant workers or relocated families living or working within Yangzhou who are not registered in Yangzhou (current primary school graduates born after September 1, 2011).

Eligible applicants include: 1. Current primary school graduates registered in Yangzhou's main urban area (excluding Jiangdu District) (born after September 1, 2011); 2. Children of migrant workers or relocated families living or working within Yangzhou's main urban area (excluding Jiangdu District) who are not registered there (current primary school graduates born after September 1, 2011).

For the Autumn 2026 semester, the tuition fee is 13,886 yuan per student per semester.

New Oriental Yangzhou Foreign Language School's Admission Plan

According to the 2026 junior high school Grade 7 admission plan for Beijing New Oriental Education & Technology Yangzhou Foreign Language School, the enrollment target is 320 students (with separate quotas for various educational preferential groups).

Eligible applicants are: 1. Current primary school graduates with Yangzhou household registration (born after September 1, 2011); 2. Children of migrant workers or relocated families living or working within Yangzhou who are not registered in Yangzhou (current primary school graduates born after September 1, 2011).

The school offers two program types: Bilingual Class and International Class. Students can choose their preferred program (International or Bilingual) upon registration at the school.

For the Autumn 2026 semester, fees are charged according to approved standards: Junior High Bilingual Class tuition is 24,000 yuan per student per semester; Junior High International Class tuition is 48,800 yuan per student per semester.
