The specialty insurance firm posted adjusted earnings per share of $0.74, significantly surpassing the consensus estimate of $0.60. Total revenue climbed 7.2% year-over-year to $916.6 million, also beating the forecast of $873 million. The company attributed the robust top-line performance to new client wins, strong renewal retention, and expanded relationships with existing clients, which fueled organic revenue growth of 6.7%.

Further boosting investor sentiment, Ryan Specialty announced a $300 million expansion of its share repurchase authorization. During the quarter, the company returned approximately $284.5 million to shareholders through $260 million in share buybacks and $24.5 million in dividends and distributions.
