Hong Kong, 19 March 2026 — In a disclosure submitted under Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers, ENN ENERGY HOLDINGS LTD (02688) reported that Class (6) associate BlackRock, Inc. fully exited a derivative position linked to the company’s shares.

On 18 March 2026, BlackRock closed out a derivative contract referencing 2,000 ENN ENERGY shares at a reference price of $67.20 per share, resulting in a total transaction value of $0.13 million. Following the trade, BlackRock’s balance in the relevant derivatives fell to zero.

The dealings were executed on behalf of discretionary investment clients. The disclosure forms part of ENN ENERGY’s ongoing privatisation process via a scheme of arrangement, for which BlackRock is an associate of the offeree company by virtue of its ordinary shareholdings.
