C-MER Medical Holdings Limited has issued a notice convening its annual general meeting (AGM) for 20 May 2026 at 5:00 p.m. in Central, Hong Kong.
Key agenda items:
1. Financial statements • Shareholders will be asked to receive and consider the audited consolidated results for the year ended 31 December 2025 together with the reports of the directors and auditor PricewaterhouseCoopers.
2. Dividend distribution • Final dividend: HK2.0 cents per share. • Special dividend: HK1.0 cent per share. • The register of members will be closed from 2 July 2026 to 6 July 2026; shares must be lodged for registration by 4:30 p.m. on 30 June 2026 to qualify for the dividends.
