COSCO SHIP ENGY Proposes Appointment of He Bin as Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Member

COSCO SHIPPING Energy Transportation Co., Ltd. (COSCO SHIP ENGY) announced that the Board has nominated Mr. He Bin for election as a non-executive director. Subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming meeting, Mr. He will also join the Board’s Audit Committee.

The proposed term will start on the date the resolution is passed and run through the end of the eleventh Board session. A service contract covering basic salary and performance-based pay will be executed upon approval, and Mr. He will remain subject to retirement and re-election provisions under the company’s articles of association.
