According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Fidelity Canada Investors LLC increased its holdings in WuXi AppTec (02359) by 773,900 shares on October 13, at a price of HK$203.7408 per share, for a total consideration of approximately HK$158 million.
Following the increase, its latest shareholding stands at approximately 28.4204 million shares, representing a 5.06% stake.
The transaction also involves other related parties: FIL Limited, Pandanus Associates Inc., and Pandanus Partners L.P.
