TRAD CHI MED Publishes AGM Circular and Confirms Transition to Full Electronic Corporate Communications

China Traditional Chinese Medicine Holdings Co. Limited (TRAD CHI MED) has released its latest corporate communications package, which includes the circular and notice for the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The AGM is scheduled for 26 June 2026 at 2:30 p.m. and will take place in the Conference Room on the 4th Floor of Winteam Plaza, 6 Kuiqi Second Road, Chancheng District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, China.

Both English and Chinese versions of the AGM circular and related documents are now available on the company’s website (www.china-tcm.com.cn) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders who have previously opted for printed communications will receive physical copies by mail; others may request hard copies free of charge through the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

In line with the paperless listing regime that took effect on 31 December 2023, TRAD CHI MED has formally adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications. Non-registered shareholders who wish to receive email notifications must provide a valid email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians or other intermediaries. Failure to supply an email address will require shareholders to check the company and HKEXnews websites proactively for updates.
