On 28 April 2026, Beijing Gas Blue Sky Holdings Limited (BG BLUE SKY) announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report, related Circular and Notice of Annual General Meeting have been uploaded to both the company’s website (www.bgbluesky.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders are encouraged to review the materials online. Those who experience difficulties accessing the electronic files may request printed copies at no cost by completing and returning the enclosed request form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 6828-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders wishing to receive future corporate communications electronically should supply a functional email address to their bank, broker, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until such an address is provided, notices of publication will be sent in hard copy only.
