Deep News07-10

On July 10, China Vanke Co.,Ltd. issued a performance forecast indicating a projected net loss attributable to shareholders of between RMB 12.0 billion and RMB 15.0 billion for the first half of 2026.

This compares to a net loss of RMB 11.947 billion reported for the same period in the prior year.

The company also expects a net loss after deducting non-recurring gains and losses to be in the range of RMB 11.0 billion to RMB 14.0 billion.

The basic earnings per share are anticipated to show a loss of between RMB 1.01 and RMB 1.26 per share.

The primary reasons cited for the expected losses include a decrease in the scale of real estate development project settlements, persistently low gross profit margins, newly recognized asset impairment provisions, and losses from some of its operational businesses and non-core financial investments.
