Stock News08-14 09:30

LONGCHEER (09611) shares jumped more than 8% at the open, trading up 8.61% to HK$28 as of press time, with a turnover of HK$2.0356 million.

On the news front, LONGCHEER announced that on August 13, 2026, it entered into a series of equity transfer agreements with sellers including Ren Liguo, Ding Zhiyong, Chen Bo, Wang Zhonghui, Suzhou Ruiyongying, and Suanwang Investment. These agreements cover the founder equity transfer, incentive platform equity transfer, institutional seller equity transfer, and natural person seller equity transfer. Under these agreements, the company agreed to acquire a combined 80% equity interest in the target company, Suzhou Anruike Information Technology Co., Ltd., for a total consideration of RMB 1.12 billion. Upon completion of the transaction, the target company will become a non-wholly owned subsidiary of LONGCHEER, with its financial results consolidated into the group's financial statements.

The target company's design and service capabilities in the data center infrastructure sector will enable LONGCHEER to enter the data center infrastructure field, expand its business layout, and strengthen its customer resources and service capabilities. This move aligns with the company's strategic development needs. The consideration will be funded from the company's internal resources and will not utilize any proceeds from its H-share listing. The company currently expects this acquisition will not have a material adverse impact on its cash flow position.
