Ten Pao Group releases 2025 Annual Report, AGM circular and ESG disclosure; AGM scheduled for 12 June 2026

Ten Pao Group Holdings Limited has simultaneously posted four corporate documents on 28 April 2026:

1) the Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2025; 2) a circular covering proposals for (i) general mandates to repurchase and issue shares, (ii) re-election of a retiring director, (iii) appointment of new directors, and (iv) the notice convening the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM); 3) the proxy form for the AGM; and 4) the standalone Environmental, Social and Governance Report for 2025, available exclusively online.

All materials can be accessed on both the company website (www.tenpao.com) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited’s HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk). Registered shareholders who have previously elected to receive printed copies will find hard-copy versions of the Annual Report, circular and proxy form enclosed with the notification letter. The ESG Report remains digital-only.

Shareholders wishing to change their document-delivery preference may submit a signed reply form to Tricor Investor Services Limited—Ten Pao’s Hong Kong branch registrar—either by prepaid post or email (1979-ecom@vistra.com). Where no functional email address has been provided, notices of publication and actionable corporate communications will continue to be dispatched in printed form.
