Chicmax Repurchases 594,300 H Shares, Cutting Free Float by 0.29%

Shanghai Chicmax Cosmetic Co., Ltd. (Chicmax) disclosed that it repurchased 594,300 H shares on 15 September 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The buyback was executed within a price range of HKD 21.80–22.50 per share, at a volume-weighted average price of HKD 22.17. Aggregate consideration amounted to HKD 13.17 million.

Following the transaction, Chicmax’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell to 202.44 million shares from 203.03 million shares, representing a 0.29% reduction. Treasury shares rose to 4.08 million, while the company’s total issued share count remained unchanged at 206.52 million.

The repurchase was carried out under the mandate approved by shareholders on 8 May 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 20.64 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 4.08 million shares, equivalent to 1.98% of the number of shares outstanding on the mandate date, leaving roughly 16.55 million shares—about 80% of the authorised limit—still available for potential future buybacks.

Pursuant to Hong Kong listing rules, Chicmax is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or transferring treasury shares until 15 October 2026.
