SINO-OCEAN GP (03377) announced that the group, including its subsidiaries, joint ventures, and associates, achieved contracted sales of approximately RMB2.47 billion in October 2025, representing a year-on-year decline of 9.52%. The contracted sales area totaled around 272,400 square meters, with an average selling price of about RMB9,100 per square meter.

From January 1 to October 31, 2025, the cumulative contracted sales amounted to roughly RMB21.3 billion, marking a 20.73% decrease compared to the same period last year. The total contracted sales area reached approximately 1.6442 million square meters, while the average selling price stood at RMB13,000 per square meter.
