GAPACK Announces Resignation of Joint Company Secretary and New Appointments

GAPACK (00468) has officially announced that Mr. Diao Shaolong (Mr. Diao) has tendered his resignation from his roles as Joint Company Secretary, the authorised representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the Exchange), and the agent for service of process and notices on the company in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), effective from 11 September 2026.

Following Mr. Diao's resignation, Mr. Leung Chi Kit will be re-designated from Joint Company Secretary to the sole Company Secretary of the company. Concurrently, Mr. Wong Tai Wai, an executive director, will succeed Mr. Diao as the authorised representative and the process agent. Both the re-designation and appointment will also take effect on 11 September 2026.
