Shenzhen Zhaowei Machinery & Electronics Co., Ltd. (stock code: 02692) has formally adopted an electronic-only arrangement for all future corporate communications in accordance with the revised Hong Kong Listing Rules effective 31 Dec 2023.

The company will post directors’ reports, annual and interim accounts, notices of meetings, listing documents and circulars exclusively on its website (http://www.szzhaowei.net) and on HKEX’s website (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed versions will no longer be mailed unless specifically requested.

Non-registered shareholders who prefer hard copies must submit a request form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, or email 2692-ecom@vistra.com. Each request remains effective until 31 Dec 2027 unless revoked or superseded.

The company will cease sending separate notifications when new documents are uploaded, placing responsibility on shareholders to monitor the two designated websites.
