In alignment with national urban development and housing strategies, Power Construction Corporation of China (PCCC) has officially launched its "Quality Housing" brand standard. This initiative reflects the state-owned enterprise's commitment to applying its expertise in energy, hydropower, and infrastructure to the residential sector, addressing the pressing question of "how to build better homes" through systematic and high-standard approaches.
The newly introduced standard, rooted in the spirit of "national craftsmanship," defines future-quality housing across six dimensions: safety, health, sustainability, intelligence, precision, and harmony. During the launch ceremony in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, attended by senior executives including He Yanfeng, PCCC's Vice President, the company detailed 26 specialized categories, 75 key points, and 165 quality control parameters that form this comprehensive framework.
PCCC emphasized that the standard is not merely a technical compilation but a transformation of decades of engineering excellence into residential applications. It represents a shift from construction to operation and from developer to urban service provider, aligning with national development goals and enhancing residents' quality of life.
Key features of the standard include: - **Safety**: Implementing flood, fire, theft, epidemic, and fall prevention measures, alongside reliable power supply and smart security systems. - **Health**: Offering adaptable layouts, noise reduction solutions, and age-friendly designs to support holistic well-being. - **Sustainability**: Leveraging PCCC's expertise in green energy, with initiatives like solar panel integration and sponge city principles. - **Intelligence**: Incorporating smart technologies for seamless access, energy management, and community services. - **Precision**: Ensuring durability and quality through standardized materials, processes, and assembly techniques. - **Harmony**: Blending aesthetic appeal with cultural elements and community-building spaces.
The standard has already been validated through successful projects like Beijing Chang'an Huaxi Mansion and Zhengzhou Zhongyuan Huaxi Mansion, which have achieved rapid sales and market recognition. PCCC's "Three Excellences" strategy—quality housing, superior services, and vibrant communities—further enhances this ecosystem, offering comprehensive lifestyle solutions.
Looking ahead, PCCC plans to strengthen its urban development capabilities, embracing innovation and cost-efficiency while transitioning into a holistic urban service provider. This launch marks a strategic step in PCCC's mission to combine engineering prowess with people-centric urban development, embodying its vision of "national craftsmanship for the people's benefit."
