WL DELICIOUS (09985) announced that Mr. Li Jianwei has resigned from his position as the company's joint company secretary, effective December 31, 2025, due to his other work commitments. The other joint company secretary, Ms. Shen Xiaochun, has recently received confirmation from the Stock Exchange that she meets the qualifications required under Rule 3.28 of the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited's Securities Listing Rules to serve as the company's secretary; therefore, no further exemption is necessary. Following Mr. Li's resignation, Ms. Shen will continue to serve as the company's sole company secretary. Subsequent to Mr. Li's resignation as joint company secretary, he has also resigned from his role as the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules. The Board announced that Ms. Shen has been appointed as the authorized representative to assume the duties under Rule 3.05, effective from December 31, 2025, succeeding Mr. Li. Executive Director Mr. Yu Feng will continue to serve as the other authorized representative.
