CK Asset Calls 27 April 2026 EGM to Approve Connected Disposal of Subsidiary Shares and Debt Instruments

Bulletin Express04-08

CK Asset Holdings Limited (CK Asset) has distributed a proxy form for an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held on 27 April 2026 at 12:30 p.m. Hong Kong time. The hybrid meeting will take place both in person at 1/F, Harbour Grand Kowloon, Hung Hom, and online via the company’s designated platform.

The single resolution to be voted on seeks shareholder approval of a connected transaction under a Share Purchase Agreement involving the disposal of “CKA Sub’s Sale Shares” and related “CKA Sub’s Shareholder Debt Instruments.” Shareholders are asked to endorse all actions undertaken or to be undertaken by CK Asset and its subsidiaries in connection with this disposal.

Key procedural details include: • Record date: shareholders registered as of the meeting date are entitled to attend and vote. • Proxy appointment: shareholders may name the EGM chairman or another individual as proxy; multiple proxies are permitted. • Form submission: completed proxy forms, with any supporting authority, must be received by Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited or CK Asset’s Hong Kong office at least 48 hours before the meeting. Electronic submission is available via email (cka.eproxy@computershare.com.hk). • Online participation: shareholders or their appointed proxies may join and vote through the Online Platform; login credentials will be sent by 24 April 2026.

Contingency arrangements are in place for severe weather or “extreme conditions,” under which the EGM would be postponed to 28 April 2026 at the same time and venue.

Personal data provided in proxy forms will be used solely for meeting administration, in accordance with Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
