Important Content Notice: The Board of Directors of Suzhou Tztek Technology Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") recently received a written resignation report submitted by Mr. Wen Yanpei, a non-independent director of the Company. Due to personal reasons, Mr. Wen Yanpei has applied to resign from his positions as non-independent director of the Company's Fourth Board of Directors, member of the Board's Strategic Committee, and Vice General Manager. After his resignation, Mr. Wen Yanpei will no longer hold any position in the Company.

(II) Impact of Departure on the Company As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Mr. Wen Yanpei does not directly hold shares of the Company but indirectly holds 3,100,000 shares of the Company through Ningbo Zhunzhi Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership).

In accordance with relevant provisions of the Company Law of the People's Republic of China and the Articles of Association, Mr. Wen Yanpei's resignation has not caused the number of Board members to fall below the statutory minimum, does not affect the normal operation of the Company's Board of Directors, and will not have an adverse impact on the Company's daily operations.

Mr. Wen Yanpei's resignation report takes effect from the date it is delivered to the Company's Board of Directors. During his tenure, Mr. Wen Yanpei was dedicated to his duties and diligent in his responsibilities.
