Revenue came in at $370.9 million, missing the consensus estimate of $419.93 million. The company posted an adjusted loss per share of $0.07, compared to analyst expectations for a profit of $0.04.

Despite reporting a record quarterly production of approximately 74,800 barrels of oil equivalent per day, the significant misses on both top and bottom-line estimates drove negative investor sentiment, leading to the stock's sharp decline in the trading session.
