CIDC Announces Online Publication of 2025 Annual Report and AGM Circular

China International Development Corporation Limited (CIDC) released a notification on 30 April 2026 confirming that its 2025 Annual Report, together with the accompanying Circular and Notice of Annual General Meeting, is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.irasia.com/listco/hk/cidc/index.htm) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).

CIDC strongly encourages shareholders to access the digital versions. Non-registered shareholders who experience difficulties with electronic access—or who prefer hard copies—may obtain the printed materials free of charge by completing and returning the enclosed Request Form to the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, located at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. A prepaid mailing label is provided for local returns, and requests can also be submitted via email to is-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders holding CIDC shares through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited must provide a functional email address to those intermediaries if they wish to receive electronic notifications of future corporate communications. Until a valid email address is registered, such shareholders will receive hard-copy notices only.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at +852 2980 1333 during business hours (9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays).
