China Railway Signal & Communication Corporation Limited (CHINA CRSC, stock code 03969) has formally adopted electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications, aligning with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) Listing Rules that came into force on 31 December 2023.
Effective 20 April 2026, CHINA CRSC will no longer issue printed copies of corporate communications—including annual reports, interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms—by default. Instead, identical English and Chinese versions will be hosted on the company’s website (www.crsc.cn) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).
Shareholders are urged to provide a functional email address by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the signed form to the H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong. Email addresses supplied will be used to send notifications when new documents are available online.
If no valid email address is registered, shareholders must proactively visit the company and HKEXnews websites to access publications. In such cases, CHINA CRSC will continue to mail printed copies of “Actionable Corporate Communications”—documents requiring shareholder action—until an email address is provided.
Investors preferring hard copies of all communications may request printed versions by completing the reply form or emailing crsc.ecom@computershare.com.hk with name and address details. This instruction will remain effective for one year from the date of receipt.
Enquiries can be directed to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services at (852) 2862 8688 during business hours (09:00–18:00, Monday to Friday, Hong Kong time, excluding public holidays).
The initiative underscores CHINA CRSC’s compliance with HKEX’s expanded paperless requirements and aims to enhance information accessibility while reducing environmental impact.
