Bulletin Express10-16

Ever Sunshine Services Group Limited (ES Services) reported no change in its outstanding share capital following continuous share repurchases.

• Share capital stable: Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) stood at 1.71 billion as of 16 October 2026, identical to the 15 October opening balance. No treasury shares were held.

• Latest buyback: On 16 October 2026 the company repurchased 200,000 shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at HK$1.665–1.690 each, paying an aggregate HK$0.33 million. These shares are designated for cancellation.

• Un-cancelled repurchases: Between 31 August and 16 October, ES Services bought back 6.20 million shares (200,000 shares on 31 separate trading days) at prices ranging from HK$1.66 to HK$1.87 per share. All remain pending cancellation and represent roughly 0.36 % of the current issued share base.

• Mandate utilisation: Since shareholders granted a repurchase mandate on 13 May 2026 authorising the buy-back of up to 171.74 million shares, the company has repurchased 15.95 million shares, equivalent to 0.93 % of the share capital outstanding on the mandate date. This leaves capacity for a further 155.79 million shares under the existing authorisation.

• Moratorium in force: In line with Hong Kong listing rules, ES Services is restricted from issuing new shares or selling any treasury shares until 15 November 2026, being 30 days after the latest repurchase.

All repurchases were approved by the board, executed on the Exchange, and complied with Hong Kong Stock Exchange requirements and the company’s April 2026 Explanatory Statement.
