Pak Fah Yeow Releases 2025 Annual Report, AGM Circular and ESG Report

Pak Fah Yeow International Limited published its 2025 Annual Report, the accompanying circular dated 30 April 2026 containing the Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM), and its 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report.

The full English and Chinese versions of the Annual Report and AGM circular are now accessible on both the company website (www.pakfahyeow.com) under “Investor Relations → Financial and ESG Reports” and the HKExnews website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Key service arrangements: 1. Non-registered shareholders who encounter difficulties accessing the online documents may request printed copies by submitting a signed Request Form to the company’s branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or via email to pakfahyeow-239@vistra.com. 2. Future corporate communications can be received electronically once shareholders provide a functional email address through their respective intermediaries (banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees). 3. The 2025 ESG Report is distributed exclusively in electronic form; printed copies are available upon written request to the branch share registrar.
