Giordano Int’l Sets 24 Apr 2026 Deadline for Claiming 2020 Final Dividend

Giordano International Limited (the “Company”) has invoked Bye-Law 140, which allows dividends unclaimed for six years to revert to the Company. The Board of Directors announced that the final dividend declared on 10 Mar 2020 will be forfeited and returned to Giordano if not claimed by 4:30 p.m. on 24 Apr 2026.

Shareholders entitled to, but yet to receive, the 2020 final dividend or to cash outstanding dividend warrants should contact the Company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong before the deadline.

The notification was signed by Executive Director and Company Secretary Mark Alan Loynd on 25 Mar 2026. At the date of the announcement, the Board comprises four executive directors, three non-executive directors and four independent non-executive directors.
