Hong Kong Stock Moves: ZJLD Rises Nearly 5% Pre-Noon as Moutai and Wuliangye Market Prices Recover; Company Had Previously Raised Annual Guidance

Stock News08-13

ZJLD (06979) saw a nearly 5% gain before noon, trading up 4.52% at HK$7.97 as of press time, with a turnover of HK$11.47 million.

On the news front, August 8 saw all 42 self-operated stores of Kweichow Moutai Co.,Ltd. raise the retail price of Feitian Moutai from 1,719 yuan to 1,753 yuan per bottle. This marks the second price increase for Feitian Moutai in just over ten days. During the same period, the wholesale price of the eighth-generation Wuliangye also saw an uptick. China Galaxy Securities noted that the current market price recovery for Feitian Moutai and Wuliangye Yibin Co.,Ltd. could be a key signal, though the sustainability of the improvement requires further observation of the sales recovery during the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day peak season.

Notably, in June of this year, ZJLD held its 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, officially raising its performance guidance for 2026: the annual revenue growth rate was increased from 10% to 15%, and adjusted net profit was raised from 600 million yuan to 800 million yuan. Great Wall Securities issued a research report stating that the upward revision of performance guidance validates the commercial feasibility of the "Ten Thousand Merchant Alliance + Big Zhen" strategy.
