Minieye Technology Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 2431) has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Ground Iron Green Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Gecko New Energy Vehicle Technology Co., Ltd. The three parties aim to jointly develop and deliver 3,000 driverless logistics vehicles meeting automotive-grade standards, with the objective of scaling production, filling market gaps, and establishing a competitive market presence.
Under the agreement, Minieye Technology Co., Ltd. will focus on automotive-grade certification, integrating the intelligent driving system with the chassis, and ensuring system stability through software debugging and full-scenario testing. Gecko Technology will take the lead in designing and manufacturing the chassis system, overseeing core component selection, supply-chain management, and multi-scenario testing to guarantee reliability and safety. Ground Iron will provide product definitions based on end-market logistics demands, focusing on functional planning, performance indicators, and cost considerations, together with responsibility for final operations and market implementation.
According to publicly disclosed information, Ground Iron has deployed approximately 0.21 million pure electric logistics vehicles in operation nationwide, supported by over 2,000 stations and service points, connecting 2.20 million charging piles, and serving more than 9,000 enterprise customers. Gecko Technology specializes in new energy commercial vehicles built on a digital chassis, bringing modular, digitalized, and ecosystem-integrated platform capabilities to support global manufacturers and operators.
The agreement leverages each party’s expertise in operations, manufacturing, and L4 autonomous driving technology. By streamlining resources, the parties aim to reduce logistics costs, enhance efficiency, and foster a scalable smart logistics ecosystem. The board of Minieye Technology Co., Ltd. states that long-term prospects for its L4 driverless logistics vehicle business remain positive, having already secured multiple large-scale orders and cooperated with leading logistics companies and leasing institutions to deploy products in various cities across the country.
